Order Processing

  • We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order has shipped.

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery within the US.

    • Additional fees may apply.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, England, Spain, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, and Belgium.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.  

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately at ozonablu@yahoo.com or 1+(727) 754-0200.  

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item(s) within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at ozonablu@yahoo.com or call us at 1+(727)754-0200 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  2. Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) along with the original packing slip and RA#.

  4. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
